Terms and Conditions

Collection of Information

• Individual participant(s) who wish to use SkillsFuture Credit as the payment mode for the training are required to provide Full Name, DOB and Full NRIC number.
• Corporate participant(s) eligible to SDF Training Grant fund are required to provide Full Name, DOB and NRIC Full number.
• Trainees must have Singpass Mobile App access at the onset to be able to enrol and attend SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-funded courses.
• Inspizone commits to not sell/ share the collected Information to any other party except for fund & training administrative purpose.

Payment Term

• Course fees are subjected to GST.
• Inspizone will raise an invoice upon course registration.
• Full payment is to be made/ SkillsFuture claim to be submitted upon confirmation of the training course.
• Cheque payment can be made to “Inspizone Pte Ltd“.

Course Confirmation

• Customer will receive the Confirmation Email with full training details (venue & time) once full payment of the training fee is made.

Customer Replacement, Transfer or Withdrawal Request

• Replacement : Customers may replace registered participants by submitting a written notification to Inspizone at least 3 working day prior to the course. There is no additional charge for this service.
• Reschedule : Customers may reschedule the class date once without charge. Class can only be reschedule within 2 months from original course start dates. Written notification must be submitted to Inspizone at least 3 working day before the course start date. For any subsequent reschedule requests, a reschedule fee of $35.00 will be charged. In case of medical reason, an MC is required to be sent to us within 2 working days.
• Change course : Customers may change the course they have registered to another one by submitting a written notification to Inspizone at least 3 working day prior to the course. The new course must be of equal or lesser value. If the new course is more expensive, the customer will be responsible for the balance.
• Withdrawal : Customers who withdraw from a course less than 5 working days before the start date will be charged a cancellation fee of $35 SGD. Customers who do not attend the course without providing a valid reason within 5 working days will be charged the full course fee.
• *No Show : Any rescheduling/changing/withdrawing with late notice is considered no show, a reschedule/ cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged.
• Please note that SSG grants are only available to those who attend the course for at least 75% of the sessions.

Class Cancellation by Inspizone Training Pte Ltd

• Inspizone reserves the right to change the venue, cancel or postpone the class with prior notice and full refund will be given under such circumstances.

Declaration

By submitting the registration online, you declare that:

• The information provided is accurate and true,
• You understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
• You agree to receive communications from Inspizone related to the training courses.
• Please ensure that the correct UEN of the Sponsoring Company which contributing the trainee’s CPF is provided.
